Bike, I meant motorcycle hahah, but good on you bro. I hate riding in the rain, to many idiots on the road already, they just get dumber when its wet, which is bad news for riders.

Your a brave man riding on 2 wheels in this shit hole of a state. I would love to ride a bike but cars seem to aim for me in my truck. One today cut me off on I5, if i wouldn't have seen her coming and slammed on the brakes, front drivers fender and door would of been toast. luckily i was in the exit lane and had shoulder room to take up. I guess its OK to change 2 lanes as to not miss your exit last minute. It would of been ugly for that lady in her POS.

So I tell everyone the same thing. There's a reason bikers ride like assholes. We all try to be cool up until we get cut off one to many times, or someone just merges straight into us. Or we ride by 10 cars in a row with people just staring at their phones. You CAN'T be a defensive rider in CA. You have to ride aggressively and expect every single car on the road is gonna try to kill you.

Meh, I just run a GoPro in case someone hits me. 95% of the time I have to slam on my brakes or swerve suddenly its some idiots fault and If I'd gone down I would probably have been paid handsomely. No blinker swerving lane changes, brake checking, on their phone, speeding around me doing all 3, I get alot of footage sometimes. Usually if theres a bit of traffic and someone gets road ragey at me I just cut through traffic ahead of the idiot and let them get stuck behind a bunch of cars and then just go back to doing my thing in my lane. Used to carry pennies in my jacket pocket for tailgaters but now everyone's got dash cams and I don't want a lawsuit, so I just get away from them these days.

I'd love a bike for my commute but it's not traffic that worries me...it's hitting a deer at 70mph..

Yeah that sounds like a bad day. I only really have to worry about the swarms of bugs when I'm coming home at 6 AM. in the summers thats right when the sun is coming up and all the bugs wake up, I literally had to pull over one day about a mile from my exit because my visor was so coated I couldn't see out of it. Lots of spit and wiping to be able to get the rest of the way down the road.

    Lol that's crazy.

Don't think I'd have that problem either. Also could only do like 8 months out of the year if that. Montana is cold and snowy

I can't find the pic but a Coworker showed up to work one morning and the front of his truck was a different color. White truck, complete front of it was green/black. Looked like he'd gone mudding in sludge or something lol. He said that was a single blast he went through. Some sort of swarm that just plastered his truck. He had to pull over as well just to give his wipers some time to clear shit lol.

Cool good for you...or just rebuild your shocks one at a time...its really easy....and highly doubt you'll notice "fading" like as in what? Wearing out your shims? Lol oil just gets dirty... waste of money honestly

The xlt kit? Or the smaller kit? Sounds like the smaller kit cause with the xlt you are in for a small mess when installing the adapter flange and bolting the 930 on then getting the boot on all the while everything is chucked full of grease
