Hey guys! I have a misfire issue...I started with the bully dog tune with initial install of s/c then went to ucon because I was getting crazy spark nock. the cel came on (p304 if I remember correctly) day or two before I installed the ucon, once ucon went in the truck ran great with no cel or problems at all. it wasn't until over 1,000 miles later that the cel came back and the truck went into limp mode while cel was blinking. came up as cylinder 6 misfire. I changed plugs, injectors and #6 coil pack along with brand new stock ecu thinking maybe original ecu was tainted from the bully dog. after about 3.5 mile test run it went back to the misfire issue. I have 5500 miles on the engine and couple thousand on s/c. no other mods on engine. I was hoping that the bully dog was the issue but it seems to be something more.
Has anybody here had any issues with that? or is there something else I should be looking at?

It will likely be a semi expensive redesign. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $200, but it will not only provide greater filtration media area (which I have some theories about), but will provide a nice smooth entry of air to the MAF with a larger overall intake tube diameter upon initial entry and a gradual transition back to the URD sized piping. It should net nice, powerful, and smooth airflow throughout the intake tract from the MAF up to the secondary 90* bend which is in the engine bay.

Currently deciding if I want to pull the trigger on the air filter I have in my sights to begin the process. Next will be all other related hardware required to run this. We'll see how this goes.

I’m in Livingston. Sitting at 4500’ above sea level. Got some gauges in the mail so I can finally check my AFR. I’m running a snorkel on a bone stock SC w/ the unpopular BD tune. Thinking of adding that crazy looking air box from URD (with the front intake) plus a 2.85 pulley. What intake set up are you running?

Wow. You literally covered all of the potential causes of issues.

You may have a wiring issue. A potential accidental screw up while installing the supercharger? An intermittent short in the wiring harness? What tune are you running now? TRD tune?

I had a lot of nock when my intercooler pump went out. Misfire code is a bit of a rarity though. You hit the right immediate components... might need to scratch my head a bit on that one.

    Rodent eat the harness?

    Who installed the sc?
    What injectors did you install?
Do you have an afr gauge?
Did you disconnect the battery each time you changed something? Try resetting it again.

In a later post he said tap into it for meth nozzles.

Are they npt tapered? Make sure you have the correct tapered tap.

Drill small straight pilot hole first then step up to drill bit size smaller than tap. Drill press is best. Use cutting fluid when tapping and drilling. For tapered use a tapered tap and test fit the fitting every so often to make sure you don't tap too deep or bottom the fitting out.

Keep in mind you will have to have a solenoid or check valve of some sort to prevent engine vacuum from sucking the meth through the nozzle.

Never thought about that. That must be something kits provide isn't it? Or is it required due to the proximity to the throttle body if using the adapter like @White lightning boosted is thinking?

Making something like this fit behind the tb for an injection location.

Good catch @Roostfactor, they have one way valves and solenoids for this.

I installed the sc I used the injectors that came with the urd kit, Denso I believe. I don’t have an afr gauge and each time I did anything on it I disconnected battery.
