Anybody down for a Big Bend trip at the end of January'ish? I plan on taking off the week of the 21st, 28th or Feb. 4th. I'm flexible on the the itinerary. I plan on doing a some exploring around the area also, possibly as far north as to Carlsbad, Nm.. I want to check out the Marfa lights. Maybe hop over to Mexico for lunch. If you can't or don't want to go the whole week I can plan around a meet up on the front or backside of the trip. I'll be camping.

I think you mean with a "junked" motor... I mean if you go to a junkyard you should be able to run the vin on the vehicle and find out some info. Carfax shows alot...

plan on not getting any of the spots you planned for, also dont plan on any camp fires, oh and dont worry about your tires not being MT's cant leave the roads, oh and you can only park 2-3 cars per camp site....

 

Yes to all of this. BB can be a nice time but I really think I'm done going there. No fires is a major downfall.
