    If I'm reading everything correctly...

@tweakit88 you and I will split the campsite cost for 1 night.

So I've got 16$ for a night with just me and Amy, then 16$+3$+3$ = 22$...divided by 2 is 11$ for sharing a night with Matt/McKenna.

Then I have to have land use permits for Amy and Myself at hopefully just one day cost since Saturday is the only day on the trails...so 40$ there...

so this park is gonna cost more than 70$!!! nuts.

So what we should do is buy annual passes, and camp somewhere else. Yep.

costs a lot of money to manage 300 miles of trails.

they make their money log woods i bet, or there is probably a quarry somewhere on those 72000 acres.

weeklong I want to go to moab, given that's a hard AF trip to make.

that's the nice thing about windrock, it's 4 hours so not much planning needed.

Appalachian Toyota Roundup. It’s one of if not the biggest Toyota event east of the Mississippi.

I get that, Moab is great, it's just a much more difficult trip, and a week isn't enough lol.

I'm thinking Windrock is a great trip for our group because look how many are already going for just a weekend. the shorter distance from home makes it much more plausible for our group to go. we only had 6 trucks go to Moab that we planned for over a year, and the 2nd year they only had 2 go.

@JBTacoma we could look at sharing a campsite the first night to save a few bucks by splitting that.

if going for a week to windrock not everyone has to go the whole week, you could have others show up and wheel with you and go home at different times.

it'd be great for the guy staying the week and for the others only coming for a couple days.

exactly, it's just a much more versatile trip. if issues arise it's much easier to get home in a few hours versus a few days as well.

as I get older and build more vacation time I'd love to have an annual Moab trip...but that's hard to do right now. family/girlfriend/others want to do different trips that use my vacation time up so not always available for Moab. I'd like more than a week in Moab next time I go.

When is @BamaTaco56 coming up? If he is not going to be there Friday night then sure we can split it.
