    I had a Mazda 6 in manual I put a remote start in it. One of my friends at the time work for Best Buy and knew how to wire it to not need the clutch to start the car.

    It’s not that - it’s that if you leave it parked in gear and hit the remote start it’s going to move on its own...

    I really didn't pick them.I called the Alarm guy that we use and i said i need 2 alarms installed.The reason for 2 different ones was so there was no crossed frequencies.

    A couple people sell them for the 3rd gens that are for the push to start but the truck shuts off when you open the door. Those are plug and play but I don’t want to restart my truck when I get in it.

    Went out to change the oil and install a Fumoto valve for the first time since my free oil changes ran out at the dealer. Was looking forward to having the oil filter on top compared to the 2.7. Well the dealer had it cranked down so tight I couldn't break it loose. My filter wrench fit but wouldn't catch. Crawled under and the drain plug is really cranked down too. So much for changing the oil on a warm day.

    If you’re doing maintenance fkrvthe first time after the free oil changes, grease the driveshaft. The dealer most likely never did it.
