    The kit is from https://www.bikelitez.com/

The plate sits under the fender at an angle. They have two kits. One that puts the plate angled under and the other has the plate angled out.

I just want to plug this product for you guys who might live in an area with tight spaces. I have a 12x16 shop in my yard and this unit has been a godsend for 5+ years. Grab one of those 20% off coupons and get one if you live in an apartment or have a tight garage. [IMG]

Nice! It's great to be able to just grab a bike and sling it around rather than pushing and pulling, back & forth to move a bike around in tight areas.

Do any of you do track days? How annoyed are you by slow riders?

I really want to try some track days around here. But I’m on a supermoto. Most are big tracks not kart tracks.

I’m fine in corners but any long straights I’ll be maxed at 100-110 or so. Maybe the have slower classes per track day and I can just go with the the super slow class.

Most track days are organized by skill level / speed. It is always the passing riders responsibility to pass safely. That said you need to be respectful of others on track. If you become a rolling speed bump people will stuff you or make passes that become increasingly aggressive. At the end of the day you can complain about who’s right or wrong after a crash but if you are in the ambulance you are still in the ambulance regardless of who is right or wrong.

I have luckily never crashed because of anyone else and have never taken anyone out. I have however high sided at over 90mph to a height of approximately 18’ while leading a race. Destroyed the frame, forks, rims and basically everything but the motor and wiring harness. Next race weekend I blew the motor. Shit can get expensive.

One of my coworkers keeps talking about taking his Ducati 1099 out for a trackday. Won’t listen to me when I say don’t take anything to the track you can’t afford to crash. Watched a guy write off a brand new 59 payment left motorcycle before he made his second payment. I mean wrote off as in the rear swing arm was 45 degrees to the rest of the frame.

yes i have done some. slow riders in the corners are annoying. slow riders in straights arent a big deal since they can be easily passed. your 701 will do fine in the corners. just when getting to a straight a clear spot where others can pass.

bigger complaint is slow riders on larger bikes. keep up with them in corners but they use the power in the straight where you cant get past them. only to catch right back up
around here they are 1-4 skill levels. 4 being the highest. youd start in 1 and there are instructors riding in the group typically too.
