I would definately take some good supplements with you. At least a solid pre/post workout supplement. If you need any suggestions I'm here, or just go to your local GNC.

Get some glutamine for sure, that will help a lot! It is a critical supplement when it comes to muscle recovery. I would get the AMP Glutamine from GNC. Take some good protein with you as well. If you go to GNC, I love the amplified wheybolic extreme 60. It has everything you need in it for a good recovery. For a solid pre workout supplement, I would get some NaNo Vapor by Muscle Tech. It won't last all day but at least a couple of hours. If you are worried at all about aerobic, just go to your pharmacy and get some Bronkaid, it's over the counter but most likely behind the counter, if that makes sense. It doesn't require a prescription but it is controlled similar to sudafed. It is used for asthma but it is a great bronco dialator, which means it will open up your airways in a pinch. If you need help I can send you some links. In fact, here is the protien I like: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3509954 and here is the NaNo Vapor: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3872804&cp=3593186 and here is the Glutamine: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4021767&cp=3703232

None of it will show up in a drug test if that's what you're worried about. I have guys come into the store all the time for this stuff that do competitions and they've never tested pos for anything. GNC makes a vitamin called Mega Men Xterem Athlete that is good stuff too. It's a vitamin so I can't see why they wouldn't allow that, but what do I know?

    good luck brother!

x2 on the sledge and tire. also if you can, get cinder blocks and carry them 100 ft up and 100 ft back multiple times a day. I drink this stuff called whey protein. it def. helps bulk up on muscle and stuff. i mix it with whole milk when i take it.

also... keep your mentality up. You might think "i cant do this".... block it out! put your guards up and just keep looking forward and move on with each day.

This is true but a bit incomplete. A base drug test it will not show up- but lots of jobs that require intelligent action and have more stringent requirements.

    Example: military pilot-
It's recommended I have less than 2 cups of coffee worth of caffeine in any given 24 hours. I can't take anything but aspirin and multivitamins without a doctor evaluating it first. And it's very likely that if I have to take medicine of any sort-I'll have to take a couple days off work to make sure there are no bad reactions
