Toyota trucks use to be "Utilitarian" at one point too until the fluffer crowd started buying them. Now everyone wants leather seats, power everything, tech this and that, on and on.

    Sad but true.

When I was a child, the only people driving pickup trucks were tradespeople and agricultural workers.

Pickup trucks used to be so utilitarian, now they are so friggin cool.....

That access cab Jeep Gladiator is a nice looking truck imo......the endless weekend people will be cumming in their pants once that vehicle hits the showrooms.....lol

Ugh. Hate that it’s cool, it’s robbing me of my edginess and fringe status. It seems like big domestic trucks are the true trend (just like silly diesel requests) but the import sedan people use tacomas as a “gateway” truck. You can’t just go from a Jetta/GTI/civic/wrx and jump right into a ram. That’s insane. The Tacoma fills that much needed gap when you’re trying to change your image and persona.

I was referring to sticker prices of comparably equipped vehicles. OTD prices should be similarly gapped.

You nailed it; harder than Tommy nailed Pam

I have literally stopped watching porn since the Gladiator came out. 3 times a day cum just from gladiator pics

Can’t decide between neon green or orange for my Gladiator

I can't wait until they make the angry Jeep headlight mod available for the Gladiator. It will look like an angry clown shoe on wheels.

Not sure what those are, but mine will not be modded. That way I can find mine in a parking lot, amongst the million other Jeeps that are modded with the same mods. Exactly like a TW forum meet. Go to one, every single wannabe brodozer has the same mods.

Mine will be 3.6L, 6MT, Hardtop, 4wd, leather. No other options desired.

I can't quit this part of your quote.....it's literally haunting me.

It reminds me of a friend of mine who dated only enormously fat women - like almost immobilized/bedridden/rascal scooter riding. One time we were chatting and I asked him what attracted him to women of this.....girth. He said he didn't know, couldn't explain it.

When I told him that aesthetically, I found extreme obesity disgusting, he shrugged and said "that's how I feel when I look at a swim suit model".

For some reason, your post reminds me of that......

New Jeep Wrangler prototype now in testing and slated for release around 2021. Notice the cool ass front bumper made of rubber, if you hit something with it you just bounce off, will save you tons on insurance cost.

Please photoshop the stock wheels on it and make it Hulk green. That way Proseur can get a good idea of what his Gladiator will look like.

Well said sir. I can't understand it myself.

I hate American cars (except CTS-V Wagon, 95 Impala SS, Hummer H1 Alpha, Viper GTS/ACR). However, I would NEVER spend my hard earned money on the American cars I liked. I have had 47 cars, and 13 motorcycles, never an American one.

I never liked Jeeps. I don't offroad. I don't like Jeep owners. I don't open my vehicle windows, so I would get dirt inside, and I don't take tops off my car, so my hair isn't messed up. I am extremely OCD . So none of the "take doors off, take windshield off" crap applies to me.

I don't know anyone who owns Americans (except for one with a new Cadillac ESV). My work parking lot is all European as is my neighborhood.

Everybody would find it disgusting that I own a Jeep -thus I wouldn't take it to office or elsewhere.

I have 0 need of its "capabilities" or any desire for a "JEEP" brand to impress anybody. Heck aside from my gardener/pool boy, no one is impressed with a truck in this area code, and it likely as my neighbor says lowers my property value when they see so many "________ trucks" in front of my property. I left the racist word out, that he used.

    But I still want one.

Why not, I did not get it new. There is little choice out there for mid sized trucks anymore. It was the Tacoma, a GM twin or Honda Ridgeline.

Had many large trucks and just do not need that much truck anymore so the Tacoma fits the Shop perfectly...
