I added a second one to the fleet (97 4WD 2.7L REG Cab no frills but great shape)! I better start spending more time over here than over on the Land Cruiser forum :D This one is going to be a dedicate mountain trail work horse out on my dad's property.

Nope...spray-on. The $109 for the 4 liters of Raptor liner, it comes with a hand sprayer that you connect to your air compressor. Very easy...this was my first time trying it and I couldn’t be happier!

I even had enough extra black liner to do this to my tractor!

I've been wanting to do this. Have had a black kit for the bed for like 3 years.

Want to experiment with doing the body in a color with it and use a better paint gun by mixing it separately and using paint thinner to keep the texture even smoother.

    Will do it someday

Out of the few mods I’ve done bedlining the body is probably my favorite. You can give in less cares about where you go.

    LED bulbs, right?

I've been meaning to do that. I just haven't had time to bother with what bulbs go with what lighting system. I have a spare instrument cluster I steal bulbs from time to time.

Yes. Dimmable LEDs. I just went through @csjumper2003. Told him what I want, he already knows what bulbs go where.

Cool guy. Fair prices judging from what I've seen others pay for the bulbs. And none of the hassle of trying to figure out what bulbs go where, or having to tear the dash apart twice. He's already got them ready to ship out to me.

Well guys I need some help.
I had a weird grinding, vibrating sound when I pushed in the clutch pedal. Thought for sure it was the throw out bearing. Replaced the throw out bearing and thought it was fixed but the sound came back. It only does it when I push the clutch pedal in, when I let the pedal back out it stops. Any suggestion?

you replaced the TOB? Did you do the clutch as well? I thought that all had to come out anyway to access the bearing, that's a fair amount of work

In my experience, the TOB makes a cricket chirping sound when it's having issues, and goes silent when you push the clutch pedal in....I've never heard of the TOB grinding. Anyhow since you have a new on in there I'm guessing that rules it out anyway. Calling @gearcruncher our resident transmission expert

Clutch doesn't have to come out to replace the bearing
The clutch was replaced around 10000 miles ago, I just replaced the bearing. I checked the input shaft and there was no play in it

What did the clutch look like?

My experience is that blue strains your eyes way too much, which is does as its a short wave length, and dimmable in LED is a joke. LEDs have an operation threshold and you start dimming them they get a bit less then its just off haha

I have just one rocker switch with blue on it and IM swapping it back to orange/red. Longer wave length is better for your eyes and doesn't kill your night vision.

Im not even an old man and hated it haha

    Hopefully works for you.
