I reached out to two companies that make them for other makes, but they declined so I made it.

I still have to clock the turbo, then fabricate from turbo to throttle body.

Thanks, it's been exhausting. I don't know how many weeks worth of man hours I have in this thing but it'll be worth it to see my fiancé roll her eyes when she hears it lol
I've decided to not paint the cover and let the rail draw the attention, I couldn't resist putting a TRD oil cap on it though haha

The rail and the color of the injectors looks really good contrasting the black.

I wanted to paint the cover red but it has some damage, felt like I was going to waste money painting it because I know it'd bother me until I replaced it. I considered having a billet cover made because if I was going to pay for a new cover it wasn't going to be stock. I couldn't find anyone that would accept the stock as a sample and manufacture a billet one because it was for a Toyota smh. I may CAD and have a billet one made down the road, just not right now.

I know a few members interested in a custom 1gr fuel rail, as well as a guy interested in they feel real for his 2tr.

I would be down to add some sexyness to my fuel system :spy:

Also does anyone have a good source for the wiring diagrams for the 2tr-fe?

I could do the 2TR no problem, can make the injector holes any size no problem. It's expensive though, especially for one. Would need 3-4 to crack the seal of reasonable price.
1GR, I'd need samples and probably partial prepayments, similar numbers.

At least the 2TR has a metal one, the 1GR looks like plastic in pics I see.

I think this is one of those bling upgrades just as much as utility, at least for me. It also makes the engine suspenseful to me because every time I see an aftermarket fuel rail I automatically think "OK, he must have some work done to that, that engine isn't stock".

So I filled up with fresh fuel this morning, and had some more hesitation.
I got a quick log on my way home from work, and I'm seeing misfires on Cylinders 2 and 3 (according to Torque) when I try to get on it.
I'll try to replace the plugs tomorrow and see what the deal is...been working crazy hours so not much time to run around to the stores to get plugs!

I attached the Torque Log if anyone has a viewer for it.

So I'm looking at the Turbosmart Plumb Back bypass valve. I'm seeing different In/Hg springs, but none larger than 21 In/Hg (10 psi).
If I want to run higher boost than that, what are my options?
Is this what the boost control solenoid accomplish, withhold pressure/vacuum from the barb on the recirc valve?
If that's the case, does it matter which In/Hg spring is installed? Wouldn't it be the lowest psi I'd wish to run?

You don’t need a heavy spring for a bypass valve. The pressure differential is between pre and post throttle body

Ah so the system pressure is irrelevant, I understand.
    Thanks
