I've been hooked on DeWalt for like 25 yrs. Although I have tried some of the newer Makita stuff and that is on par with DeWalt.
I got a $180 gift card settlement from the class action lawsuit so I went and bought a bunch of sockets, ratchets, wrenches etc. with that money to have some tools in the truck and take my expensive stuff out.

Do you know how many of those mother truckers I get on a monthly basis? I burn at least two every month simply because they're just exact copies and have the same deals, plus lets not forget the unrelenting emails I'm sent. They really, really want my whole paycheck every two weeks :sadviolin:

I buy chip brushes for fiberglass work, nitrile gloves, razor blades, sand paper, staples and pneumatic sanders and staple guns.
I have had the same stapler and sander for like 5 years now. At like $19 each, I stocked up when I got them for $9

Obviously there are tools you never buy there

Of course! I dont own every tool there is out there, just the ones I need. And when I spend big money of power tools at least, I buy something Im familiar with.

    Absolutely
HF is a place I buy single use items for the most part. Besides cheap pneumatic tools

@TWSS - Secret Santa visited today. Thanks for the sweet Trasharoo! The sun absolutely destroyed my last one to the point that the straps turned to dust... This one will only come out when being used, lesson learned.

@BaywatchDV I just got your other package! You absolutely went above and beyond. These patches are awesome. I really don’t know what to say other than thank you! You told me you threw one in there from your employer, but you don’t realize that it is still kind of personal for me. My father passed away when I was 20 and he was a Police Officer for 19 years before he passed. This patch will be proudly displayed. Thanks again man. I really hope your holidays are awesome.
