I only have 70 days, definitely not enough

 

I get 10 days a year, and they don’t even roll over...

 

I currently get 10 days and they give it to us on Jan 1. After 5 years, I'm eligible for 15 days. Jan 25th will be my fifth year anniversary, but I won't actually get the additional 5 days until Jan 1 2020. I get screwed because I started so early in the year.

I only get 6.77 hours of PTO every 2 weeks...

After taking off tomorrow, I will still have 72 hours... but I would like to be able to have 80 at all times... for when a certain time comes hopefully in the near future, so I just need to build it up so I can take off and still stay above 80.

That’s 22 days a year. You get no sympathy.

 

We get our 10 on work anniversary. In first year they split into 5 & 5, after 6 months and 12 months. I currently have the 5, to last me until May.

Never calculated that... and yet some people max out their PTO which is like 200 hours. But they just started to allow us to sell it back at 80% but we have to keep a minimum of 80 if you are selling.

Hell some of my coworkers earn like 8.5 hours every two weeks, but they have been there 10 years.

 

Guess I better hurry. I'm just about over the enlistment age limit.

 

I might go back in as an officer doosher if they will take my enlisted time towards retirement

 

They do, you just have to meet the minimum obligation for an O, usually 10 years

 

You don’t need adult supervision. Tape the template to the fender and start drilling. I somehow lost my template, so made one out wax paper.
