Not sure if I should be more upset that I didn’t receive that email update or the fact that @kustom54lighting is MIA from this thread.

 

Personally I’m just really happy that they made this happen. I had already inquired with Morimoto about these light prior to their announcement. Waiting a couple extra weeks is not a big deal IMO.

 

I’m not in a super hurry as I already have a delivery date for the Amber KC G4s. Just wanted to do a comparison to see which ones I want to keep.

 

I didn’t receive an email. Just sent anemail to their customer support address and got a quick response confirming the 12/4 order completion. Still nothing about an actual delivery date though.

For those that did get an email with a video, any thoughts? Did it show the lights installed?

Pretty sure nobody here would be upset if communication was better.

I bought these on the 2nd gen thread. It seemed like I was the only one getting pissed. I guess not. Unacceptable

 

Unrelated to the communication:

Is the light output for these going to look like the OP photo?

The video doesn't show the light on a facing wall, and the output looks awfully low. Maybe it's just me?

 

We apologize if someone didn’t get the last email. We sent it out from our servers of all the pre ordered emails, some might not have made it through.

The fog lights are now in route to us and the day we get them we will package them all up and ship them out

We had to order 300 sets of these to make it happen, we understand some people are upset but the factory got delayed, we tried to update everyone but missed some people. If we are ever not on this forum please send us an email and we will answer any questions ASAP.

The reason for the group buy and the wait is because we needed to make sure this is something people would want before we ordered the minimum quantiaty of 300 sets to get these build.

 

How did I not see this GB

When we get them in hand we will offer another group buy, we ordereded extras

Would like to have myself at least one Xmas present to open up, That’ll give the brown Santa a true meaning lol

 

It’s 10 year warranty

 

Should be, soon as we get them we will ship them in the first 48 hours via USPS 1-3 day priority
