It appears our favorite Thanos themed Tacoma is now being used as a company truck.

I believe that is a Ranger actually and this guy lives in my town. He does pretty decent work based on his website, but I'd never hire him.

I know a Tacoma when I see one. That is a 1998-2000 Single Cab. Same headlights, corner lights, body lines, door handles, bedsides, etc etc etc.

I don't understand how he can make that thing and do great work looking at his website. My guess is the attention, which is clearly working.

Ok, ok. Pitchforks down. I didn't study the lines all that hard, but I saw another picture today on Reddit that reminded me of late model Rangers. I'll lead myself out and go back to the 3rd gen forums.

New left over 2018 TRD Off Road, 4WD, Automatic, Toyota side steps, bed mat, exhaust tip finisher and splash guards. I haven't put the splash guards on yet.

I'm not doing anything to this truck, but driving it. I might order the front OEM accessory skid plate later on.

ATF is hydraulic fluid first and foremost but has additive to act as a lube as well, most of that like to be around 100-170 degrees to be most useful as either lube or hydro fluid. This is one reason why the trans will not allow over drive or torque converter lockup until it hits a certain temp, that and for emissions cause a cold engine is an inefficient engine. It shifts goofy on purpose to not slip and cause more wear than necessary and to keep rpm high so the TC builds heat fast.

I got an awesome deal. I walked into the dealer on late Wednesday to look at a CPO 2nd gen that I saw that morning on their website and it was in the process of being sold. I was at a loss because anything else CPO that fit the bill was too far away. So I left and came back on Thursday and looked at new ones and was like fuck it i'm buying a new one. It was too late in the day for me to do a deal right then and there, but I left a deposit on the one I wanted. I came back this morning and drove out in an hour. One of those deals where it pays to have a good credit score and a decent down payment.

That shouldn't have any impact on the true purchase price of the vehicle which is one of the few things you can negotiate to get a "deal".

EDIT: After you wade through some of the BS fees dealers charge.

Is the spicer center support bearing a direct fit?

It's the OEM part with OEM part numbers embossed into it in a Spicer box.
