Looking for a good fab shop in Northern CA near Eureka (or Redding), I need to get the cab mounts on my 3rd gen chopped ASAP. Just moved here and can't seem to find any custom automotive shops. I’m basically in Oregon, 1 hour south of the border on the coast.

    Bone stock as of now.
Don't know any local shops, but if you're down for a road trip to SoCal 88Rotors does CMC's and lifts. You can check some video's on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/user/88ROTORS ), looks like they do a pretty good job, they have a couple vids with them doing some CMC work.

Ruff stuff specialties is the closest one I can think of. Pretty sure they would do it.

Thanks guys, still about a 5 hour drive to ruff stuff lol.

I feel like there’s got to be SK sting in Redding at least

    Two things:

    1. Max out your Caster, this will add up to an inch of clearance.
    2. Just get an angle grinder and cut it. When you can make it out to someone who can weld it, get it done.

I don’t have any extra caster adjustment left, I’m on stock UCA’s.
I’m not sure if my harbor freight grinder will get the job done lol

I don’t see why it wouldn’t, Ive had my harbor freight grinder for about 10 years and have only had to change the brushes once. Just make sure you have a cut off wheel..

Just got rid of them, lol. I found a shop in the Bay Area to do a CMC, it should be fine- if not, I’ll shell out the money for new UCA’s...
