$35 in person, I added the two nuts so the threaded rod doesn't turn during removal.
    SOLD.

Taco Joy until the #'s get in the way:

Didn't use my Tacoma for 2 weeks, battery is unknown years old. Fired right up! Joy, drove to grocery & back. Love a basic 1st gen times like that.
Then I let it sit again. ...for 4 weeks now. Just not using it. Decided I REALLY better fire it up, a last chance before I have to jump it - if I'm lucky.
It struggled, but damned if it didn't catch & run! Went for a 30 minute or so loop, some highway, some high revving back twisty roads. Hopefully refilled the battery w/ a few electrons.
Just checked as gas needle was still touching bottom of 'full' on the jaunt. Last time I bought gas was 9-7-2018. Maybe I'm underestimating how long it's been sitting. :anonymous:
Was further curious, so checked mileage. Including today's jaunt I've put 44 miles on the Tacoma since 9-7-18. 92 days. .47826 miles per day.
44 - ~20 = 24/92 days = .2608 miles per day in the 1/4 before today. I'm on schedule to do 95 miles per year! :tumbleweed:

I think I need to give selling some serious consideration.

What's up with that? My house is 1912, also w/ no sign of there ever having been a fireplace. Who built a house w/o a fireplace in early 1900's? The chimney is there for the furnace, so why????

Mine is too. No signs in the plaster that there ever was one, spatially no place makes sense for one either.

My house is built around the chimney. My parents house, the central chimney is the houses structural center post. Which is yours? Ever notice?

My late grandparents 1770/1790(?) place in Milford had it’s central fireplace built atop a giant sideways log which in turn rested on two brick pilings that rested on the dirt floor of the cellar. This is how it was done back then I guess.

Good question. Mine jogs out in the living room wall near the front door. Originally it was a one floor cottage..when I tore down the walls in the kitchen 3 years ago I found a lot of handwritten dates and names of people who vacationed here in summer 1940s-50s.
