    Yeah, wanted to do a 4Runner, but didn’t want to pay the price tag. Used BMWs are cheap

    Yeah as far as I know. He left PBS and works for himself from home so he doesn’t have the commute anymore.

    That's good.

    House took a sharp detour last week. My dumbass forgot I started draining the fuel oil tank and overflowed the gas can by a gallon or two. So I've spent what seems like an eternal few days cleaning the basement and ripping out old vinyl tile to get it all out. Diesel has to be the worst smell to have in your house. Almost all clear now. Sealing the concrete this week. After that it's just flooring and trim :headbang:

    @SconnieHailer What are you doing in WI? I thought for sure that you were a WYO lifer like me!

    Good luck on getting that diesel odor out. It's really one of the worst odors there is.

    Interesting, I didn’t know diesel was used to heat houses. Is that common in that area?

    It's "fuel oil" red diesel. Non road tax. It was really common when oil was cheap! We put in a new natgas furnace so out came the tank.

    Hey John, I grew up in WI. Moved back to be close to family with Calvin. It's been great to be near family but I sure miss WY.

    Hey guys. I'll be moving out to Sweetwater County from Texas around the mid-end of January for work. Figured I'd see if anyone else is out there. Just got my Taco this year and can't wait to get it off the pavement (all we have here in Houston).

    Welcome!

    Only a handful of Wyo guys left. Sweetwater is a big ass county. But lots of open space to explore and lots of other places to go from there too.

    Board tusk/sand dunes will be close to you to the north and access shouldn’t be too bad. Flaming gorge will be just south of you. Going to have to come up to lander/pinedale area about 1-1/2 hrs north to get mt trail exploring.

    I spend some time on the Wyo/Utah boarder around US 191, it’s not in WYO but Browns Park, Utah is a pretty neat place, lots of history.

    @SconnieHailer

    Big mistake, you should have convinced your families to move to WY! Brats & cheese are available here. Packers games can be seen world wide (I think). What sort of work are you doing.

    Today was a good day. Got a huge raise and promotion plus a end of year bonus.

    Life is good.

    One big step close to home ownership!
