Welcome. Always great to see new folks joining the forum.
In Maryland proper I think Green Ridge is about it but there are a few places is neighboring states that have some decent off-roading. I have only been to Green Ridge but I hope you get up to AAOA or Roush (?sp), both in PA, sometime soon.
Be sure to keep an eye on the https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/md-va-wv-pa-meet-up-thread.457268/ thread if you are interested in meeting up with some local folks..

I was in Severna Park today and drove past an old Toyota truck in someone’s yard being advertised for sale for $950. Was 4x4 but looked somewhat beat. I didn’t stop for a closer look though.

I love those trucks too. I would have stopped but it was on the opposite side of a divided highway and would have been a PITA to do a U-turn. It’s right near that used high end sports car dealer (where they have Corvettes/Mercedes/Audi type stuff) in Severna Park if anyone is close and wants to scope it out.

It was on the opposite side of the road from the car dealer but very near the car dealer.

@Tonymontana & I just looked at it. It's a late 80's 4runner project. If it was a 84 or 85 because of the solid axles I would've bought it. The property also has a blue LC in the driveway that's also for sale, I seen that on Ebay & Craigslist.
