You should be able to get 29,500.00 OTD.

Whoaa....really? I was going to set my limit at $32K + TTL.

Hmm....thanks for the input. Just thought they would laugh at me if I started at $28K.

First OTD varies a lot from state to state. Second I think that price you threw out is way off and just misleading. Share with us the magic you have to get that price.

I know. He shot out a price that was almost $5000 off MSRP for the new SX Package. I doubt they accept an offer like that. I KNOW THEY WOULDN'T.

Not sure where you all buy, but that’s how it works around here. My 2017 stickered for 38,327.00 and I paid 33,200.00 OTD. And I didn’t even negotiate hard. I just got a TRD Pro for an OTD price that was 94.00 over the sticker price. And all I hear is how Pro’s no one budges on sticker. I figure I got at least 2300.00 off sticker on the Pro with my OTD price.

That's great. I've not had that kind of success here.

Tax is about 10% here in Washington State.

    Tabs would be about $500.

TTl + dealer fees was 3,549.00. So they took at least 3K off the 48,926.00 my Pro list for.

First it was $2300 off, now it’s $3000 off. Your numbers on that 17 are not realistic either. To get it OTD for 33,200 they would have to sell it to your 31,000. Now way they $7,300 off MSRP. You just throw shit out here haha.

I paid $37k for mine before TTL. 2019 OR Cement, DCLB, premium package. Plus alarm system and dent protection for 5 years.

    Original MSRP was $43k. :burp:

I said around 2300.00! That was off the top of my head. I then went to look at my paperwork to answer the other guys question as to what the TTL was here. I was off 700.00! That’s not really a lot when you’re talking about a 49,000.00 vehicle.

You can think whatever you want. Go look at the “What are you paying for your 2017” thread. All kinds of guys in there that paid about the same as I did. Some better.

I know what I paid. And just an FYI. I got 32,500 on that 2017 trade in for the Pro.

What does your trade in have to do with what we were talking about? Show the OTD of your 17 you claimed.

I don’t have the paperwork from 2 years ago. And I don’t need it. There are PLENTY people that got the same deal I did in 2017. Here are a few off ONE page in the thread I mentioned. There 169 pages. The one guy that paid 35,000 had a Premium audio and his sticker was 2,000 higher than mine. Works out to be about the same deal.

I’m looking for a manual TRD Pro and the only ones I can find are out of state. Can you guys offer any advice on details I need to look out for and things I need to go over with the dealer during this transaction and getting the truck transported to me.

You might have to order one, that was my only option
Try to avoid any port installed or dealer installed options because they can add up
just get the pro in your color and transmission and thats it!

I was hoping to get a deal on an 18 DC off road man trans since it is December but the dealer was steadfast and didn’t even flinch when we walked out ($10k cash down and pre -approved for 27k, trying to get truck for $36k out the door since we would have to pay $500 to ship it home), no call or email with counter offer after either. This was at the main dealership in Honolulu, they dole out the stock to all outer islands. For just about the the same price we got what we wanted in a 2019 at our local dealership going through Costco auto program.

I’ve read a bunch of different things about the Costco auto program on line, some good, some bad. Local dealership said Costco price is invoice plus $1500, ($34,800 before ttl, little over $37k otd). Over here Toyota is king, they pretty much sell themselves so the dealerships don’t care if you walk, some one else will be in shortly, lol!!
