I just imagine every time you sit down in the driver's seat of a former taxi car, all those years of farts and sharts from the cab driver are getting released into the cab from the seat cushion and getting into your lungs, watering your eyes and putting a sour taste of watery fast food shits in your mouth...yum

I won’t lie, Mr. Regular does an excellent job of explaining why I like it so much.

Oh shit! I've never seen an 01-04 there. I'm gonna go there tomorrow to check it out. Probably nothing much good left on it anyway like usual when they get a tacoma.

Don't know if they have changed but I used to use Bendix quite often back in the late 90s & early 2000s. They were known to be quality over most other brands.

The cover is messed up a bit. But I don’t think it isn’t anything not fixable

My 99 has a CAI and I may or may not have broke a bracket rubbed a hole through it.

May or may not have used electrical tape it cover and seal said hole.

Huh. I saw one the other day on a 4runner. I thought about grabbing it but thought it would be a bear to ship.

Ok, thanks for heads up & from saving me the walk in the main yard. I hate their premium section. I used to always pay the extra $2 to get in there & never find anything good. Premium my ass.

Well at least you got what you needed.

Yeah it is a joke, supposed to be the later models in there like 2000 & up. But you can find plenty of 2000 up cars in the main yard too. Last time I paid to get in there they had 2 2nd gen 4runners in there but the main yard had 4 2nd gen 4runners with more parts on them. Lol. 2nd 4runners aren't even late model.
