You should get $31.5k easy. I was at my local dealer a few weeks ago and all the sales guys were drooling at mine. They were practically begging me to sell it to them, I politely declined, then they offered me $30k. It made me think, what is my number? I love my truck, but everybody has a number they would sell for.

BTW you have a beautiful PRO. Nicely built.

    Keep it!

Rather have a low mileage 2015 over a 3rd gen, especially a inferno pro!

IMHO-3rd gen is completely different than 2nd gen. The 4.0 + Tranny combo is wayyy more appealing. I bought a 2017 trd or dclb, added a few goodies, and after a year, I couldn’t stand it anymore and sold it to my dad and bought his 2010.
    ( Newer isn’t always better ;) )
    There’s a good chance you’ll end up with the 4Runner after driving that 2019 :) :) :)

Anyways, keep your truck!! It is clean as hell! Nicely done.

Well that was a total waste of time!!…..the dealer installed Predator steps, SEMA TRD rims and Nitto brand tires, a TRD PRO grille and probably some crappy no name lift and added almost $10,000 to the sticker price......what a flipping rip off!....50% mark-up on the add-ons at least.…..the total sticker for the truck was over $50,000......and to top it off, the moonroof makes the inside to low for me to sit in comfortably without hitting my head on the inside headliner......and no seat height adjustment......not even worth a test drive!.....and you can't get the Calvary Blue color without the "technology package" with adds like $1,500 for crap I don't want.....Technology Package: includes rear parking assist sonar (replaces chrome rear bumper w/color-keyed bumper on TRD Off-Road grade), Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) (requires color-keyed rear bumper) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA)….

yep, I'm keeping my 2015 PRO!!

The markups have been insane, I saw one by me maked up $15,000 for a Pro grill, bilstien 5100s and predator steps. Glad you're keeping yours though it's a great looking truck:thumbsup:

Good call. It broke my heart when I totaled my 2015 pro. Insurance gave me $32,000 last year. While I think my 2017 OR is a great truck I wish I had the opportunity to keep my pro. I was actually willing to have a new frame installed to keep it but after eight weeks the dealer was still waiting for a replacement frame. Still sad I let her go.

    I went from a 2014 to a 2018 and ended up disappointed. That's after having 6 Tacoma's over the last 20 years.

I'd recommend multiple extended test drives in different trucks. I'd hate to see you lose your 2015 and end up feeling like I did. Don't jump until you are absolutely certain!

OP I can tell you love your truck. The 3rd gen is a completely different animal. One is an apple, one is an orange. Don't skimp on the test driving-- multiple trucks, multiple days, as many hours as you can.

I test drove the turd gen and I'm NOT impressed......BUT....I'm seriously considering a test drive of the new 2019 Ranger.....I even called a dealership and put my name on the list to drive the one due to arrive in 2-3 weeks....I wanna see if the hype is real?!!.....Who knows, my Inferno Pro might be up for sale sooner then I think!

Anything new is going to be an improvement from the second gen that was designed 13 years ago. You have a very rare, very reliable truck that you have made your own. It is unique and will be more valuable down the road. The ranger is new and exciting.... What will it be in five years?

In 5 years the ranger will be worth half it's original price. A second gen trd pro in inferno is a collectors truck that I'd keep forever, especially if I lived in California where it wouldn't rust!

I get kinda bored then I start "truck shopping" and get excited until I test drive it and then I realize how truly awesome my PRO really is!....The new Taco's with the 3.5L is not the right combo for me so that's out for sure!....and you're right, the new ranger sounds exciting but it'll be just a regular ole truck shortly thereafter…..
