If it were me, I'd take the time to stop, get out & move the cone, park, then put the cone back behind my parked car.

Or if I was in my truck I'd just drive right over it like it wasn't even there.

Just cause it has Crees don't mean shit. Cree makes tons of different types of emitters. There are also lower bins which can make a difference but probably not so much in a light bar. There are old ones that suck & there are also clones. A big factor is the collimater/optic/reflector paired with them.
