Good point, I had to get new wheels, that's an expense alot of folks forget to factor in. I got the whole MaxTrac kit from a buddy who bought the kit and traded in the truck before he installed them. $250 brand new in the boxes hehehehehe :)

I’m running 16x8” wheels with 4” backspacing, and 35s with Maxtracs, you can see pics on my build page. Nowhere close to touching or rubbing anything. Can provide additional pics per request if needed

Side track... I was born and raised in Laffy! Graduated from UL, and then moved up to Colorado. Good to see another Cajuns fan in the house!

I will not run hub spacers, seen to many failures so I don’t trust em. I am using level 8 mk6 wheels. And the stealth custom series wheels also come in negative offsets and work great as well.

Thank you all for the replies!
After seeing all your rigs, I definitely have some work to do. Will most likely do the trimming and stuff 35s in there since there is a budget issue.
If I had the cash, I'd ditch the 3" and get the 6" coilovers for sure.
Was just quoted $1,500 for the body lift and that seemed a little ridiculous as well.

This is great feedback, appreciate the help. Just kicking myself now for not going high enough for my personal taste in the first place. However, seeing the 3" with 35s gives me hope.

haha I do like that lift! Unfortunately I really needed a 4x4, especially with the possibility of moving to Hawaii.

Thanks. It’s definitely on a budget. Just 5100s w/ 620# springs in the front, AAL in the rear. I have things I’d like to do with $$$ lol.

    You’re in Pismo? I’m jealous.
