Is that oil all over the spring perch? Where is that coming from?

Just tighten your UBolts to 75+ lbs, as you know you cannot “see” how tight they are

Jack the rear end up by the center diff and give the tires a good shaking up/down & in/out. Anything loose? From all the oil that appears to be on the spare, spring perch and frame you might have a bad wheel bearing or axle seal.

No, it has been raining a ton, that is just water. The only thing under there now that the rain has stopped is just dried mud film from the weekend with no evidence of oil of any kind.

I tightened them down as was suggested. A couple were a few quarter turns too loose.

Jumped in it to test it out....no luck with that being the culprit.

Since it was getting progressively worse/more frequent I finally threw in the towel and took it to the shop. As they say in these parts "I done tore the rear end out of it". Rear diff was bad...spider gears were toast. Soooo...if it seems like something heavy in the back of the truck is sliding and slamming into the side of the bed when you turn under power...check the spider gears.

I guess the truck wanted ARB air lockers more than Dakars lol...
