I may come hang out, but may be just sitting around. Back issues have me totally sidelined. My replacement winch came in yesterday and I have aluminum knuckles waiting for me in the mail box today. The winch with wireless remote was $35 shipped, but I ordered it on 11/21. "Similar" to the RC4WD Zeon model, so dual motor and rated for 12# dead lift or 19# rolling. Came with all the same Warn stickers and the winch alone is ~$70 from RC4WD, without wireless controller.

That's beautiful country, but it's missing something! :p

I bet @Tundra2Play 's winch line is long enough to reach that mountain top.

    I like your style @Suprajim54 !!
@Egnaro that is some beautiful country over there. Do you have a track over there? Or are you getting back to nature now that you have somewhere to go?

14 trucks in sc sportsman main tonight. It was a mess. Ended up with 4th place.

Flagstaff is absolutely badass!!! You'll love it. I've driven through there many times on the way to see family. It was always the best part of the drive.

It really is crazy how much “tuning” really does affect everything. I was going through my car yesterday, and noticed the front felt “springy”, so I figured they had leaked the oil out. Went to break them down and when I poured the fluid in the trash, 3/4 of the piston fell in too lol. Ended up rebuilding the shocks completely (all o rings and bushings, as well as new fluid). Rebuilt it all according to the book, other than my upper shock mount location, and ended up putting 3 more laps down in the the main than I did last week (only got 14 laps last week, got 17 last night). SCT showed up last night, for sure, 14 in Sportsman and 7 in Open. It was chaotic marshaling a 14 car main but was pretty freaking awesome to watch so many cars run at the same time!

I could tell a huge difference. My camber was off on the first quali and then I adjusted it and the truck just felt planted as could be. If it wasn't for the wrecks in the main, I'd have easily been in 3rd. I need to figure out that back section. I think it's my depth perception. I just can't make that double/triple work for me. I love the middle section though. It makes the trucks look so fast running through there. The front straight is pretty bitchin too, it's right there in front of us and to see the truck settle off the little oval track hump is awesome!!!

Yeah, I’m really happy with the layout! I had to start tripling the backside as I noticed that’s where people were gaining time on me, when I was double-single and they were tripling. I was fortunate and landed all of them for about the last 3-4 laps I think.
