    went and checked it out yesterday. It was dead in there. Beers were pretty average, but you were right.. cant imagine how much money their monthly nut is on those systems and building space.

    Ya stouts seem to be better with age and consumed at a warmer temp. I let a couple of stouts sit for 9-12 months and then pour it slightly chilled but let it get to room temp before I actually starting sipping.

    I think letting them age and warm up a little bit is very crucial in the stout game. I will typical buy 2 bottles and let one of them age. I will continue to sip on it as the temp rises to see how it changes.
