I was 23 now I'm heading for 29.....damn I feel older

 

Yeah, I remember horns selling cause I also ran the shipping dept there. Wasn't the hottest selling item but he was selling them every so often. He would just scotchbrite them, paint them, & slap a made in USA sticker on them.... and of course test them to work.

You can try but honestly I wouldn't waste my time with him. He'll only sell them to you at almost full pop, the price he'll give you is the I don't want to sell them price cause he knows you'll be making the profit instead of him.

They're very very nice for small parts like horns, differentials, brackets, etc. That rusty pile o' crap front diff I pulled from a swiss cheese 1996 4Runner looked brand new after I blasted it with Garnet and painted it with POR15.

I like my tank blaster too for things that don't fit in cabinets. I sandblasted the hinges and hard to reach areas of my Job box.

 

I was right, joined at 16, looking backchats at my threads gives me nightmares.

Now 20.

 

They're relatively rare on Cadillacs believe it or not. Most of them were on high optioned Buicks.

 

The important thing is you learned to better yourself.

 

Huh guess it was early T4R's then. The 1996 I pulled my differential from only had the one meep-meep horn.

Probably better off looking for junkyards that specialize in Buicks. Buicks aren't desirable like Cadillacs in general. I don't know of any Buick specialized junkyards arou d here though. They may exist, I just never heard of them or care to notice.

Lol, the T4R horn sounds like a Honda or other compact economy car. 01-04 Tacoma horn sound decent. I figured the T4R would have dual horns too, high & low but sure doesn't sound like it.

 

I love abrasive blasting. Think I'm going to upgrade to a larger commercial cabinet unit soon.
