Duratracs actually don’t look too bad on the OE wheels; prob not my top priority.

Need to do a aux hot water heater and would like a generator setup at the house.

Are tankless hot water heaters a thing up there? Those things kick ass. A few years ago my folks bought the house my dad grew up in and completely gutted it(only left the original hardwood floors) and he bought 2 of them.

Here and there not too sure about them. I’m likely to go with a hybrid/electric tank to save wear and tear on my aging furnace

Is that a "sad she left" 25kg or a "nobody there to tell me not to eat that" 25kg?

I got to talking about fat kids the other night with one of the older docs. He believes it stems from after WWII when people would tell their kids to eat everything on their plate. He said his parents use to tell him...."There's starving kids in Japan". I told him my folks told me the same, but it was kids in Africa.

It seemed to have some merit to it. I'm sure there are other things, but that has to be one of them.

The Iowa Bone Development study seems to think that it's screen time. They found that kids showed a marked decrease in bone density and increase in obesity rates as soon as they started watching TV/playing video games.

I can definitely see that. When I was a kid, we played outside until it got dark and then played video games(I was Nintendo and Sega aged kid ). I can't tell you the last time I've seen kids outside in someone's yard playing.
