    Unless you have a legit cellar, you really aren’t gaining much by “aging” it in your linen closet as it’s not at proper temp for the actual aging process to occur. But that doesn’t stop me from keeping 3 year old bottles in my linen closet :laugh:

    Haha I can handle the haze, but I prefer to trade style for style. I'm kind of over the BBA crazy as of late, but love just a standard stout. Lemme know what you have and maybe we can work something out. I don't keep up with what beer comes from where much anymore.

    Unless it's a higher ABV stout, you might just be wasting space. The higher ABV stuff takes some time to really mellow things out. Some have been aged by the time you buy it too, but can still benefit from some age.

    Big bad Baptista is even better!
