This is the reason I do it. I’ve never seen such an understanding group of people, but when I make a promise...

...a mans word doesn’t mean much without signatures nowadays but I’m still old school...

I did take sometime today to rest, wife said she’ll help with shipping labels at night when the kids sleep...but one wave complete, next week brings a whole new $hitstorm of dealing and string pulling to make things happen...

100% agree and don’t tell my wife because she’ll say I told you so. But when you have a business, there’s a level of professionalism and expectations that are set by myself and the customer. You guys may be understanding, but remember, not everyone is. People don’t have to buy from me, I realize there are other options out there, so it’s because you and others chose me that I need to go above and beyond anyone else and set myself apart from the competition. I do work hard to make sure no one regrets going with me when they didn’t have to in the first place. Aside from the obvious, my name and my business perception is far more important (sometimes more than it should be when compared to much things like sanity and health) than any money in the world...unfortunately I have a hard time drawing the lines between it all. But you’re all right. However, the business won’t run itself and I’m a firm believer that if you want something done right...

Yup, go in and select your year, trim and color. If the color and/or trim doesn’t exist, try a diff year, they’re all 3rd gen, no one will know! Here is my personal one:

Only draw back is I didn’t see short bed like mine, but gotta love that cement! Mines a limited so I went with sport since the body colored flares and front lower valence match, then the hood scoop is there as a reminder that I need to get one! (Yes I dig’em, don’t judge me!) haha

 

To bad we can’t update the image with mods we’ve done to our own trucks! Might have to go with a pro on the app since it looks more like mine now

For what it's worth, those who chose to go elsewhere due to lack of their understanding and compassion is their mistake. The reputation you have, the product you provide and the level of customer service speaks much louder to me then getting the product the fastest.

Keep doing your thing, we'll keep pushing your product for you. Ran into a guy today at the Toyota dealership at the counter talking to them about buying remote start...for the tune of $900.00.... I pulled him aside and explained your product, gave him your information and the price (not the sale price, your current price). I also explained that it's all plug and play and he'd have no issues installing it himself and that if he did, my understanding is you're just a phone call away! From the sounds of it, he was going to contact you or purchase so hopefully that worked!

Do you have vinyl stickers made up? Something low key, but classy that advertises your business? I'd gladly place one on my rear window
