    Tried to do this before I left active duty, doc said the scaring too close (college days of leaving my contacts in forever) to my cornea wouldnt allow me to start process (Air Force does PRK). Jelly.

    Haven't been diagnosed with GERD, but used to have reflux all the time. Found out if I have some yogurt on the regular, totally kills my reflux symptoms. I just throw a couple in my lunch every other day from whatever 18 pack Costco has. I buy flavored Greek whatever, not sure if that matters.

    I used to pop Prilosec all the time, but now I'll only pregame one if I know a pizza/beer heavy weekend is on the way.

    Anecdotal for sure, but a couple friends said it worked for them as well. One of whom hates yogurt but does it anyway

    Not me. We're going to a benefit for local humane society. It goes until 12:30 and will have a cash bar, but I've got to drive home afterwards and the weather's supposed to be bad (snow, sleet, freezing rain) around that time, too. So I'll have a few drinks tonight but will be leaving plenty of time to sober up before midnight. :notsure:

    Drive careful, those of you who're traveling. Take your best collision-rated vehicle and watch out for drunks!
