    I just went ahead and ordered a handful of them to trial.
    I got 2 of the switches that are supposed to fit the driver's cubby switch panels, and 2 of the ones advertised to fit the center console switch pockets.

    For now, I ordered the cheap ones with free shipping from Aliexpress. If they prove out, then I will look into the customizable ones from Australia. If they don't seem to fit the bill, then I have a couple extra pushbuttons available for other projects.

    Does anyone know if this can be installed without removing all the paneling? Maybe use a utility knife or dremel with all switches attached. Once you have enough clearance pop switches out epoxy and place on? Do you think this will work?

    That is exactly what I did as noted in the quote.

    Leave more material behind, then use test fits to get it to fit as well as possible. The only mistake that I made was cutting out the power port section That doesn't need to be trimmed, only the main switch area.

    I did slice off the heat melt posts on the back of @mesojdm 's panel. Getting those three locations working was not a possibility for me. A couple months on now and life is great.

    Before epoxy? Sorry, but no. I got too excited once I had it all trimmed out.

    I left a couple vertical pieces of material for support, so it was just three gaping rectangles. The bigger deal is just going slow with knife. Use two hands to control the cuts. I made the initial rough cut by pushing the knife in, not slicing. The material is soft enough for this to work very well. From there, you can shave off what you need for it to fit.

    Yes as redtone noted you can do the install without remvoing the OEM panel(PITA). Just go slow with a razor knife and push into the plastic rather than try and slice it. Dremel or ultrasonic knife works as well.
    Stupid Toyota should have just made it a removebale piece.

    Just FYI if you go at it with a dremel you can make some very precise cuts and trimming for the final fit. Only negative is you will be vacuuming up little bits of plastic everywhere around the console. Im not going to bother vacuuming the chunks that fly into the dash. Who cares, cant see them anyways.
