I've sent out files to a couple people for independent highway feedback.

I think you guys will be very pleasantly surprised. After the bit of fine tuning I've done the last few weeks my truck will rarely drop down to 5th on the highway. I can even do gradual inclines in 6th at 65mph with light throttle accelerating UP the incline in 6th.

Which you guys will see in my blog post tomorrow :)

Nice. You run the stock tire size on the Pro? I know at one point it said over-sized or something to that effect so that's why I ask.

So how about at 75mph? I'm down to test it out too.

I think it picked up a second set of tires. I remember it being talked about at one point

    I've tested 60mph, 65, 70, 75, 80. They all hold 6 in the test truck.

Matt... I have read on this site that our trucks will cut power/throttle when making a sharp turn... like turning aggressively at a traffic light.
Can you confirm or shed any opinion on this ?
Have you done any testing in this environment ?

    Thanks in advance.

I'm hoping it gets rid of the stumbling on the highway when trying to pull a grade. And at 45-50 when trying to slightly accelerate. That's all I want.

Im wondering if there is a weakness in the ignition system.
High compression engines under heavy load will cause problems if ignition system has issues... weak coil packs, low voltage, spark plug probs, etc...

@OVTune i have a couple questions about the throttle body spacer and tundra throttle body.
    1. What gains in HP/TQ do you expect to get if any?
    2. Are you selling your own brand of spacer or should we get the URD?
    3. Are selling your brand of throttle body or just get a Tundra throttle body?
    4. What effects would a bigger throttle body have with a CAI?

    Don't even joke about that!!

If I can pull smoothly in 6th from 40 on up without stuttering... :fingerscrossed:

I truly hope the slushbox guys get sorted and are happy.

Then we can finally get to full on M/T tweaking (which means Mat driving a 3 pedal).

I'd be more than happy to test! Manual trans 6 in lift on 35s running 4:88s. Northwestern pa so I drive a mix of everything daily. from steep grades to flat highway. Plus I'm unemployed currently and all I do is drive around everyday out of boredom. I've clocked approximately 7,621 since I bought the truck 2 months ago. If you need another tester I can drive whatever terrain you'd like.

Soooooo, mess with one of your cluster display screens to show your speed - and then select mph. Done.

Yes, Canuck trucks will do that.

Big ol numbers right in your face :)

Yeah I’ve been looking for it. I normally don’t ask but I can’t find the tire size and I can’t read the picture.

Having power at 1k rpm is not only good for crusing in 6th but also crawling in 1st. I spend 1.5hrs every day crawling through Portland traffic.
