Hell if it was 2016 I would have sold ya this beautiful Berlina black(I’m not included in sale) but someone has a prototype or whatever ya wanna call it that seems pretty bad a.

I thought the V6 eco could tow just shy over 12k lbs.

 

Idk all I can find is 5k to 13k.

 

Who knows. It’s a ford. Jk jk. Side note: is a $100 rebate worth it to buy tires from a dealer? I know it all depends on price but. Not sure of a good tire place to buy them around here. Plus my tire size is P245/75R16 so how much bigger can I go stock height...

 

I'm running 4.88s now. I'm sitting at 216k I don't want to spend the cash for the s/c. Haha

I've towed a heavy trailer with my truck before. It pulled no problem but its manners where kinda scary. I figure a 1/2 ton should tow a little better hopefully. But I'll try to tow with the taco a time or two and see how it does. I have to figure out how to get or build a huge drop hitch to work with my high clearance bumper or put my factory bumper back on for towing. Also need to get a car trailer or dolly.

Dying to get my wife into a new RDX a spec. She has a 2015 RDX now which is okay, but the. Ew ones are sick.

 

True depends on the trailer. When I went to get the parts 4runner I was going to use a car dolly. I have a 8" drop it looked like I needed another 8" haha

That picture that Jerry posted is from him towing my Tacoma from his shop in Doylestown back to my home in Southampton. When we went to install the crawl have box in his shop we learned that I had an oil housing adapter that was meant for an automatic transmission and not a manual transmission.
Without that essential part we were unable to fully install the crawl box and we had already disassembled the entire drive train.
I ended up having the oil housing adapter manufactured locally and finished the install as best I could at my house.
The truck was down for several weeks and it took another couple months to completely finalize the install.

I will admit that the rdx’s are beautiful, and a great in between if you don’t need an MDX, especially with the redesigned honeycomb grille and the aspec packages are beautiful. The RDX is the only car in the lineup that doesn’t have to run on premium fuel(unsure of new A SPEC), one of the big selling points we used when I was there. Plus I don’t think the 15’s came with the beautiful “diamond eye” headlights if I’m right? This is one at a local dealer to me, they have 8.. I don’t think you can go wrong with an a spec package. That’s excusable. I’ve fucked up on way more basic things than that. Haha

 

265/70 /R16 - 32" are going to fit without any cutting (on stock rims).

About shopping at the dealership, make sure they have a rebate on tires you actually want.
