    That sounds amazing. I’m deeeeeeeep into a cut. The hanger is real. To top it off, today my coach took away 10 more grams of carbs. :oops:

    Sitting at 175P 230C 70F at 163#right now.

    Somewhere between 5-8 more weeks before I get to figure out what maintenance is and get strong. Can’t wait.

    5’10”. Not sure on BF exactly. The body scanning thingy at Nutrishop read 16% about a month ago. I’m a few pounds lighter now so I have no clue.

    You? Are you as hangry as I am at those numbers?

    My bf was 15% when last “read”, and have dropped 5-7 lbs since. I do get really hungry at times.

    Yeaaaa I’m 5’10. Started at 218lbs. Got in shape and cut down to 180. Was going to try to cut down to 170-175 but didn’t like how skinny I was getting so I decided to throw in a bulk phase to gain some mass before cutting again.

    I’m not a bodybuilder by any means and I’m just figuring this out as I go though.
