This trying to avoid red meat to reduce iron intake is getting old. But there is always bacon to get me by!

When you were typing that I was on eatthismuch.com looking at iron in King Crab and Prime Rib. Who the hell eats 3 oz. of King Crab and only 4 oz. of Prime Rib?! Maybe the bigger question is how do you cook that small amount.

 

Out visiting a little German town at Christmas time.

 

I have a tri-tip in the fridge I'll probably throw in the freezer. I won't get a chance to 'q till probably Sunday. If I do get the chance I'll go pick up a fresh one and leave this in the freezer for another time.

I managed to sleep from 9 pm until 1am. Too tired to sleep. How is that possible?

 

Good morning everyone, the long slog is almost over. The work week seems to feel longer the older I get. Rain and fog this morning, I’ll take it. Have a better than average day.

Honda called yesterday about a recall on it. Something about dumping fuel and catching on fire. Made an appointment for that.

Nothing we haven’t seen before. We need some now with the shop being slow.
Everyone blames TOYOTA when it’s a vendor problem. But Toyota does a good job being on top of things.
