I know a guy who is running them. Can fully stuff the suspension and barely rubs. I think he has done minor trimming to the plastics thats it.
    You can do it!:boink:

Anyone with a 18-19 Taco. I saw that master cylinders are being recalled on some for possible seal leaks.

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
The Costco program is good too. Pick your dealer, pick your model. Price is then based on invoice plus or minus a fixed amount. Dealer is then required to show you the invoice.

Ok Nova. Asking for opinions again. You're selling the truck in the picture below. You started asking 29k for it. It's been sitting a while. You lower it to 27k. Nothing yet. In comes my goofy ass with a BIG ol' handful of CASH MONEY, wanting to buy your truck.........

What is the amount of cash I'm holding that you let me leave with your truck?

This is what I do. I say this is what I am offering, take it or leave it. When they say no I get up and leave. There are so many used Tacomas out there, I will find another. When I did this at AutoNation in Leesburg, the salesman chased me down as I was walking out the door. So I came back to the table. We couldn't get anything worked out that day though. The next day he called me back offering $500 less than my first take it or leave it offer. I took it. Not saying I am a master negotiator, just saying that if you stand firm, it will pay off.

I would offer $25k. I know BlueBook isn't the Bible but I would check BlueBook and at least get a ballpark. As @buyobuyo always says - mods don't mean shit. EDIT: OK, I looked at KBB. $23k is the high end, but that's with an average of 80k miles. Being at 55k, I still think $25k is fair.

A NOVA Roll Call institution - a tradition like no other! I can't check any other threads or even work emails until I see the crunchy hat tip in the morning.

Yeah, I wish I had just left they dont deserve my money. However, they had the truck I wanted at a decent price with lower mileage that almost anything else I could find.

Hey, at the same time, I believe it is worth paying a little premium to get what you want and to have the whole process concluded. I have done this before as well. I just try that strategy first.

    Fuck Koons period!

When I bought my 17 they told me to bring in the offer and they would beat it. They then low balled my trade by 3K from my current deal I had and beat the offer by $26 bucks.....

I told them to get FUCKED then I proceeded to tell others that were there to look out for deceitful business practice....Below is the body of email I sent the salesman for their Douche bag fuckery.....

    Hi Andy,

Unfortunately those actions are not something that should be tolerated in the Car Dealership business and should be eliminated and this is coming from a past customer of Koons. I tried to have Koons win back my Business when I bought my 2014 and 2017 Tacoma's both times only to be greeted with with such POOR and RUDE an disrespectful sales staff/management. And quite frankly I think they may have been borderline industry ethical issues I encountered with Koons as well. You now have the distinguished honor to have lived up to the EXTREME sewer level reputation of Koons Toyota..
