Gauging Interest: 3D printed parts you wish you had?

I’ve been looking at making some new 3D printed parts for my Tacoma.

I’ve been working on a “Pro Style” TRD badge as of lately and replacing the words Pro, with Bro, Offroad and Sport.

Anyone have some good ideas for custom parts, decals, badges etc. that they’d like to see made?

Not looking to make a buck, but I’m kind of high strung and something about AutoCAD and modifications calms me down

I’ve seen your work and I’m extremely impressed. Would some lit up Off Road badges. How about so,e driver side and back seat center upper panel grab handles? We need someone to take this on like the Tundras.

 

I wonder how many threads I can say/ask the question "Would someone please make sail panels that will take a tweeter?" Like the ones made for the Hilux (no they don't fit the Tacoma)

And would you want it to fit the factory tweeter or an aftermarket

 

really though if he actually did have over 100k under the hood of his car I feel like he would of smoked that jetta by more than a couple car lengths.

 

Same spot as on the 3gen, aimed at apposing headrests. Fit aftermarket tweeters up to say 53mm cut out

In the same shape and form as the 3rd Gen Tacoma Passenger Side Grab Handle though for the Driver’s Side and then could be similar for Rear Grab Handles it the Sane as the Front two as well. I would absolutely love for this mod

 

Center cap inlays with etched and paintable TRD logo for OEM wheels? I have been searching for a snap-in tab solution that replaces the Toyota logo and all that I can find is stickers.





I am ignorant to the 3D printing capabilities for such a thing, but maybe because it is not cost effective or that getting the finished side of the cap to match the wheels without painting is not possible?

I have 8 OEM center caps and they all have a wire running behind the lock in tabs.

I'd like a grab handle for the drivers side...same as the passenger side.

 

You mean behind the outside tabs, correct? The image I posted is just a google image. I’m inquiring about just the Toyota emblem with the two tabs that can be popped out of the center cap.

I second this. The etching in the pro’s center cap gives it a great look.
