Waste of your time. That snorkel gets drag in the outer rings of the atmosphere. Aftermarket skids are cheaper. Still can’t fit 285s under there without some finessing either, so I mean.. you could save money also dislike how the taco doesn’t keep it as a pro exclusive color.

I’m a sucker for the Cav Blue color. I want a T4R in it so bad, so don’t let my above info away you haha. She won’t go for it.

Well, now that works over for the day, I think I’m going to make some blue filler pieces to mount behind the “RCI” cut outs on my skids and rack. And maybe try to clean up some of my pin striping

Trying not to burn my clutch up in Morgantown. I found myself parked on every crazy incline hill in stop and go traffic today. Everyone trying to get outta town for the weekend apparently.

 

We are heading to Charleston this weekend just to get out of town

 

LCE, if they make one for yours since it's so new. That's what I just put in mine. Chatters a bit when I don't do my part and lug the engine in too high a gear and low RPMs, but grabs like no other when you want it to!

 

Oh it’s fine for now, it’ll just lug for a second while this slush bucket engine decides to go. The other models of the truck all have hill assist in them.. but not the Off Road! Makes for more fun haha.

 

That's why I waited for a few years to get mine. So they would have all the kinks out of the new engine and transmission

 

Oh it’s somethkng to do with it having a rear locker. 6MT Pro is the same.

 

I've driven one like yours. Same model, different color. I didn't feel the slush, but that might have been the difference of my 4 banger and his v6

 

If you’re parked on a steep incline it’s noticable. It’s like the power band fell off a cliff, it lugs, then the truck realizes it should go and finally gets its act together.

Otherwise, one of the easiest (and smoothest) clutches I’ve ever used besides a German.

 

Look into the thread @tonered has for the 6spd trucks. 5spd doesn't have whatever it is you guys have

 

The accumulator thread? I don’t have an issue with the way the truck drives 99.9% or the time, it only when trying to get it going up a hard incline. Really gotta give it the juice.

There are a few hills I’ve been on over the last 2 years in Hawaii and now West Virginia that I just try to avoid as they’re clutch burning spots in any vehicle. My girls automatic even spins at one stop sign because of the grade. An empty bed with a manual doesn’t help. Get my full size spare from my storage shipment on Monday

 

I would have been in charleston today, but that stomach hit me yesterday, so all im doing is laying around for the weekend. It just lasted about 18 hrs, but its a miserable 18 hours im telling ya.
