That's how I feel right about now Edward! Took another practice test this morning. Didn't look at any materials. Just wanted to see how the old 56 year old, mostly dead brain cell storage device is working. Only missed 5 questions out of the 35. Allowed to miss 9. I feel good about it.

The instructor insured me that even doctors that don't score 100% still become doctors. o_O
Whatever. I want to ace it. For me.

Surely you can find somebody! He says it's really not that hard but I wasn't about to try it by myself.

Just got back from dealership. Tech drove it and couldn't hear the noise/vibration. It was doing it when I dropped it off at 7:00am this morning. I guess they can't repkare if they can't replicate. He said the needle bearing and CV axle seemed fine (though not sure he removed CV axle...maybe they can tell by moving things up on a lift?). They found a loose heat shield and a couple loose bolts on my skid plate that were causing a vibration. No charge for that.

I asked why it would go away immediatley when I engaged 4WD. No response other than shrugged shoulders.

    :notsure:

He has a lifted Taco with the needle bearing issue and he said it's very pronounced. He did recommend the ECGS bushing if I did want to replace...and he'd do it.

My service advisor kept my case open in the event I hear/feel it again (to allow me to keep any repairs within the warranty period that ends on 12/29).
