Emirates is my fav for Middle East and back again. Virgin esp. if you are just going across the Atlantic.
Qantas is fantastic. My first choice was always Delta for pretty much anywhere. I absolutely hate United and that goes back to the 90's. They haven't changed in all these years, consistently super suckie.

 

...^^^... I fly back and forth to Thailand from ATL and Qatar Airlines (mostly new planes) has been the best for me. I spend about 22-24 hours in the air from ATL to Doha to Bangkok to Chaing Rai, Thailand.

Going East from ATL to get to Bangkok is actually easier than going West.

The only problem is we fly directly over the combat zones in Iraq and parts of Afghanistan and just south of Aleppo, Syria. Over the years, 2 or 3 commercial aircraft have been shot down in that general region.

 

There's a Navy guy and a Marine both peeing at the same time. They both get done at the same time an as the Navy guy washes his hands the Marine is about to walk out so, the Navy guy says to him, "In the Navy they teach us to wash our hands." so the Marine says, "In the Marines they teach us not to piss on our hands."

 

Thats a few hours from me. Grande Prairie is not known as a classy place. I have always considered it a dump actually.
