So my passenger rear wheel speed sensor is bad. They said it "got knocked off" and the exhaust and brake rotor ate it up. Also since they assume I knocked it off while wheeling warranty won't cover it.

Maybe gunny1005 on here can get you jobber price or better. I now get all my OEM parts from him.

 

That dealership knows me well, which in this case doesn't give me a leg to stand on when it comes to denying that it might have happened offroad. Although apparently when Toyota said "Let's go places" they meant the mall, not all the trails.

 

I can get OEM parts relatively cheap since I work for a body shop but the cost of parts + diagnostics and then still having to do the repair myself was pretty close to the cost of letting them doing the repair and then waiving the $140 diagnostic fee. So I told them to go ahead and get it done since I would like my daily back. It's perfect boost weather and I'm out in the Cadillac going to get into trouble.

Time to disable ABS

I had to do this on my 03 taco when the tire shop fucked up the front passenger speed sensor and wouldn't fix it.

 

Drove past the meetup spot at the track coming and going today on my work road trip. Watch out for tard traffic going south on 183 to 71 due to construction....sucked gettin out of town and that was at 1 or so. Imagine that’s a much worse nightmare anywhere near rush hour.......y’all have fun at the track

Maybe @KENNY can improve it a bit. Seems better than the Star Wars I was thinking of. Especially when you get all the lights up!
