Although you didn't ask for help or advice....
I did some quick calculations based on pics and our previous convos.
The weakest part of the flatbed are the 1.5" tube top rails. Assuming no other forces contributing to support(such as the plate that will be on top when completed) any of those sections of tube will be able to handle 1000#s dead center between the supports with only 0.0458" of deflection. Obviously a uniform load will be able to be much heavier. The angle iron uprights can easily handle a load of much greater capacity than your frame or suspension can handle without failure.
Obviously we are talking about a static load. Dynamic loads are a whole different matter and require more calcs so I didn't bother.
Side loading in the event of an off-road mishap may be an issue as your design does not incorporate any triangulation to help the uprights resist deflection. However their relatively short height combined with the unlikelihood of much stress in that plane should prove that particular concern to be minor.
With the anticipated usage I do not believe that any of the welds you have done will be subjected to any stresses that may cause their failure, even if they are not 100% structurally sound. I can get you the number of a NDT service that can x Ray the welds to look for possible issues if it is a concern.
Or just recreate some of them and do your own destructive testing to check for imperfections. That would be cheaper and faster, but would not necessarily be indicative of the integrity of the welds on the bed.
In short, in my uneducated opinion, the design seems sound and you should feel both proud and safe with your creation.
I would not however recommend that you jump up and down on it as a test when it is finished.

I’d like that X-ray number please. I want to see if the steel is up to the quality of my welds :D

I will get the # from my brother. They have that company come out to certify some of their structural welds

    Aaaaaaand what is the plan?

I started looking at the tubes ant bent for my front bumper. Still don’t know how to get everything to fit together with the right angles.

Right on, it may be them.
They check our welds and fusions, as well as other companies throughout NJ

That’s what we in the industry call “big pipe”..

Route 35 along the coast is only 8” steel

24" high pressure main can flow some gas. Also really bad when it leaks. I have heard some interesting stories. Almost made a career change and while ago to get into the street department at PSE&G. Ultimately I decided I couldn't work for a company. Creature of habit doing my own thing for a few decades makes it hard to get a "real job"

Real job sucks. Trust me. I’m my own boss but still have a boss.

24” sound more like a transmission line. We need to be monitored when working around one to make sure we don’t nick the wrap or worse.. I work under NJNG but we’re bidding on PSE&G for this coming year.

They are doing a lot of upgrading up this way. Using a ton of private contractors for the renewal work. My friend is a foreman in the street department, so when one of the contractors fucks something up, he has to go in and fix it. He was out last week fixing a 6" T that got ripped off a high pressure main. They didn't even throttle back the flow. Honestly his divisodi sounds like a cluster fuck.

    Sounds bout right.
Those private contractors use laborers union for diggers and operators union for OPs..
Not sure how much training there is besides on the job.

But it happens. On the job risks. You can’t be everywhere as a forman and you gotta trust your guys. I’ve seen Ts pulled off, melts threw plastic main during fusion process, corrosion leaks, etc. All we work on is high pressure. We see medium pressure on rare occasion but they are doing away with it in my area.

Gotta pay the bills some how right?
