    The 1st photo rotors I have there have 100,000 and 40,000 with methonal with no effect.

    When I had my supercharger rebuilt I told the rebuild I was running methonal and he said he would
    apply a thicker coat or maybe he said two coats and double lipped rear seals for the methonal

    There is definitely a difference for me and was 300.00 to have it done as I was getting a rebuild anyways, so it was a cheap upgrade and good bang for the buck

    Yes I had the inside housing coated and the lobes too.
    There is no maintenance on coating.

    I ordered a new nozzle from them online, hear nothing for a week, so I called them and they said
    the whole snow inventory was being packed and shipped to Texas from Denver. So he didn’t even know were the nozzels were at. He did find them and shipped out a few days later

    No sir, i dont have a light that indicates when its spraying, but the snow stage 3 gauge tells you what % its spraying.

    If you have it ported he takes ALOT of metal out unlike other companies.

    AND like my previous video the supercharger wil be louder!!!

    I ship my supercharger with ups and with a return label and was like 60.00 each way

    He has a special box and foam for return shipping

    That's sweet. I do know porting is a science. Not always, in all areas is metal removed. In certain two stroke engines I've known of material added to increase flow. Strange concept I know.

    It definitely is, some superchargers will lose boost as the air flow rate is less restrictive but you actually are getting more air with less heat and higher timing because of this.
    It’s a science for sure.
    Boost is actually the amount of resistance so porting can lower boost and usually one will go with
    a smaller pulley when doing a porting.
    So porting will decrease the heat generated by the supercharger and you will get more timing which means more power.
    I ended up gaining a small amount of extra boost, lower heat and more timing
    Less air restrictions = more overall useable power

    AND the methonal keeps everything in check for the extra AFR for my setup

    Agreed. Does the shop that did yours have any before/after #'s showing what their porting results are? I realize every application is different but curious if they have a ballpark quote.
