I’m not concerned about the cost, I want whatever is higher quality and the best performer.

How do you best remove condensation in your headlights? :pout: Yes I have dry packs in each. Guess once I get it out need 2 or 3 in each till new lights are done.

That’s what I have in mine currently. Once I get my new DRLs I will be taking my headlights to the same place you are using so they can get sealed up correctly.

    That’s a bummer.
Remove low/high/turn signal bulbs so it can properly ventilate. Leave it out in the sun or hook up a blow dryer behind it.

How do you think the condensation is getting in? I ask because I plan on doing the retrofit very soon and definitely don’t want this happening.

Hard to tell with them in the truck but I think around the RX350'S? I cant push the seals all the way in for some reason? Just trying to get by till my new set is done. Weird thing is they only fog up when lights are turned on like a cold drink on a warm day only the the heat is inside and so is condensation. I cried them out with hair dryer and replaced dry packs. I'm currently looking into best seal or seals to use on my next set
    Which will have dual projectors.

Anyone know how hot halo rings get? Paint won't stick to the coating for very long and diffusers are not fitting well. Trying to see if rubber coating all the way around would work. Would be like a rubber tube over wanted area.
    Thanks

Any chance anyone has a source or part number for the headlight high/low bulb seals?

How are you guys getting the silver lense bracket/holder to properly line up with the outer trim ??
It is super difficult to get them to perfectly line up so they don’t look off center, the picture below is not my light but you can see what I am talking about. I had this issue last night as after I sealed them back up and I noticed the misalignment. I reopened them (thank the lord for butyl) and painted the lense bracket/holder flat black to hopefully try to hide the misalignment of the bracket

These are my lights before I reopened them but you can kind of see the misalignment of the silver lense bracket

There’s not really anything you can do about that. That silver part is what moves to aim/adjust the beam pattern, so when they’re aimed correctly it’s going to be where it needs to be regardless of the bezel.
