    Just get some extended shank lug nuts. These should work, or get some at your dealer.

    Make sure you get the Gorilla brand or Toyota OEM. You dont want to cheap out on those.

    Those particular rims I've seen in both acorn and shank style lug seats. Shank is more common, especially in 16" though.
