What are the waffles made out of?

 

1 cup Almond flour ,3 eggs , 1/2cup cream( May be more till batter is to your liking)

 

Total breakfast 8 carbs , dam you diets but I have lost 36 lbs.

 

How much did you have to change your buying habits?

Have you had to "settle" for stuff that tastes weird?

 

Grocery shopping habits change significantly but also have two kids that I buy for so more along the lines of my habits had to change yes some of the stuff has been weird but the other thing I don’t use any of the fake sugars.

 

I think having kids is one of the things that keeps me from buying 2 "separate" grocery lists.

Since you don't use the fake sugars, what do you sweeten with?

 

Nothing really, not making many baked goods as I don’t want to use the fake sugar, after first 2 weeks we would uses a Tbs regular sugar in meals that called for it. In serving size it would be minimal.

 

I think I will have to look into it more than what I have. I need to do something.

 

I like me some baked goods. And I don’t burn it off like I used too.also cant work out like I used to after having back surgery soo it has been good, I had to change soo decreased beef,( couple times at work)eat venison and chicken last 3 years. And my wife plans dinner meals out for the week so it helps that she is on board. She has a vegan meal once a week(some times not bad) and now we can have a cheat day every couple weeks . But it is not bad. Did my bloodwork for my job physical yesterday so will see how the labs show.
