    HowdEEEEEEEEEEEE!

At work, awaiting Santa. 2nd round of "Kids Christmas Party". Last Sunday was a disaster. Santa got here drunk, started a fight with 2 members, left early (maybe a good thing) and was the center of controversy. So we do it all over again with SOBER SANTA.

And....I started a ruckus yesterday. Sandy and me walked into an antique shop. The woman at the desk made some comment about me not being interested in what they had on the 1st floor and would probably be more interested in the "Mantique section, upstairs.." ....I jokingly said "Damn...You're assuming gender...We can't do that anymore...It's not fashionable in 2018". To which the shop owner told me to leave. I did.

Fired up the new gas grill yesterday. Did burger, dogs and brats just to break it in and get a feel for it. I thought I was going to move my old wood/charcoal burner/smoker out till I built my new wood/charcoal burner/smoker, but I'll hang onto it. This new gas grill has a huge cool spot and a huge hot spot. For as big as the cooking surface is I'm going to have to play with it some more.

It takes awhile to get used to gas grills, it did for me. I like them for the convenience and speed of temperature ready. I am not that good of a cook, but a good consumer of food.

Has anyone here smoked meatloaf? I would like to try in my smoker but need to know how long and what temp?

    Good Morning Everyone :hattip:
    Coffee pot is empty.
    Clothes is washer.
    Wife went church.
Wife and I always say we don't need anything for Christmas, but we get each other something anyways. She just got a new cellphone, so that's her gift.
    Just hold on.
She going to wrap the box from the phone and put it under the tree. I'm going to unwrap it and put a necklace in it. I will have add some weight to it so she doesn't think it's an empty box.
    Love hearing old Christmas stories.
This year I'm having a hard time with Christmas, it being the 1st one since mom died. I have the Nativity set she made when I was just a ltitle perfect kid. That it set up by the tree. I will be making the same kind of cookies she use to make.
But 1st, do some more shopping.
