Should i spend it on a Exhaust system or a Cold Air Intake.

There is an AFE intake for $229 Cx model

and there is a MBRP (or whatever the brand is) Split rear exhaust for $350 What should i upgrade first?

    Thanks Guys!

AFE ProdryS drop in filter - $50
    Magnaflow muffler - $80
    Bilstein 5100's (front) - $169

You'd probably have to pay to have the muffler installed so you'd be over $300 but that's what I'd do and have done except for the 5100's.

If you get 5100's - you'll have to decide how high to set 'em and then you'll need a rear lift, which will most likely cost more than $350

    Lots.
Yea just get the muffler. You will get the sound just not as much performance. Maybe 5 hp. The intake would be sweet too.

What's the point in buying the 5100's and keeping them stock? Seems the money could go somewhere else... The stock suspension that comes on these trucks is good enough I would think.

first money i spent was on seatcovers. ordered the TRD ones the day i picked up the truck, also some good huskyliners or weathertech floor mats are a good idea...if you plan on having the truck for a while that is. :2cents:

just my opinion, but you can leave them stock for however long you need to.....they ride better than the stock shocks, then you can level your ride/lift the front later on if you want to........two pro's to the 5100's.

Set 'em at 1.75" and level the truck out?

^Yeah, that was my thought process. Even .85" would be close to level. No reason to lift the back then.

So does the drop in filter just replace the stock air filter? Does it require anything extra?

yep....just replaces the stock filter. you can get the cleaning kit for it also....but regular dish soap and water work too as good as i can tell.
