Hi Folks, I recently ran across a set of 4th gen 4runner sport wheels on CL for $100. I've been mulling getting the 17" trd pro wheels in gunmetal once my original tires run low but it seems silly to spend the money on them.

From what I can tell, the 4th gen 4runner sport wheels are the exact same dimensions as the stock 3rd gen TRD sport Tacoma wheels. Am I correct in assuming these should be plug and play with my 3rd gen TRD OR (no rubbing, etc)? For $100 I think they would look pretty cool especially after I paint or powder coat them gunmetal. I would like to run the stock TRD pro tire size with them .. probably BFGoodrich KO2s or General Grabbers.

Is there anything I'm missing here? If not I'll probably go pick them up.

If you do the legwork and make sure it’s the same bolt pattern then they will definitely fit. Pretty simple fix. You may want to explore other options also since you may find something much better in the aftermarket. They would be okay for a different look without much major change in diameter and width etc.
